Coach Shula, a Hall of Famer since 1997, led the 1972 Miami Dolphins to a 17-0, "perfect season." After 33 years of coaching, he turned his attention to opening premium steakhouses across the nation. Shula's steakhouse are located in some of the largest cities in the United States including Chicago, IL, Miami, FL, New York, NY and now right here in the heart of North Carolina.
